Welcome to your first PTSD Reprocessing Session!! I’m so stoked that you are bravely facing your trauma. During this Session, I’l explain & outline the exact methods and processes that we will use to Somatically Integrate & Reprocess the memories that still carry activation in your nervous system. You’ll get to ask any & every question or concern that you might have and we’ll finish by setting up your Safe Space & closing in Prayer!
-
Now that you have your Safe Space, next we will spend time visualizing a Treasure Chest in which only YOU have the key to. Inside the Treasure Chest is: a Remote Control, a Rolodex of VHS tapes, a TV, & an Armchair! Homework = Come up with 2 VHS tape names for next Session.

Memories aren’t static. If you remember something in the context of a new environment and time, or if you are even in a different mood, your memories might integrate the new information. What you are remembering may be the last time you retrieved the memory.”
